New York City
New York City includes the 5 boroughs of Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island.
Brooklyn is directly across the East River from Manhattan. Famous Manhattan sights are a short subway ride away, but Brooklyn also has its own attractions (including a diverse population of New Yorkers, who tend to avoid the tourist crowds in midtown). Some of New York's best restaurants and live music can also be found in Brooklyn.
New York City's three major airports are Newark (Liberty) in New Jersey, LaGuardia in Queens, and JFK in Brooklyn. The closest airport to our apartment is JFK.
